Yard Sale/Bake Sale - July 11th |
|
We'll be holding a massive Bake Sale/Yard Sale at Sunset Auditorium on July 11th. All donated items should be dropped off at Sunset Auditorium between 3pm and 9pm Friday July 10th or before 7 am Saturday morning.
Bake Sale - please wrap cakes/pies/breads very well and price for sale in the $3-$10 range. No individually wrapped items (cookies, slices of cake, single bownies), please. Please include a price with your item.
Yard Sale - Please pre-price the items to sell. Large items (over $50) can be split 50/50 if you'd like. We appreciate all donated items!

Strombolis! Everyone loves them - and we're so lucky to have the original Leonetti's of South Philly helping us with one of our most popular fundraisers! Pepperoni - 13 oz individually wrapped and boxed Deluxe - 13 oz individually wrapped and boxed Twin-Pack Pepperoni - (2) 8 oz - wrapped seperately.
Orders are due July 9th. Take them home on July 22nd! |

We had a lot of success with this in the past. 5 singers, a karaoke machine and a bucket.
Saturday, July 18th. Locations: Several Singers: We'll need 15-20. Each with 5 songs they've practiced. If you're interested in singing and need help choosing songs - just ask!

Ad Sales - for our program book |

Ad sales for the program book provide our greatest source of income - and we're always to grateful to the businesses in the community who extend a hand to our kids every year - thank you!
For Sleeping Beauty and Godspell Jr: A small program with parent text-only patron lines (Break a Leg, Missy, We Love You!, Mom Dad, Jimmy and Rex) will be given to all audience members due to time and printing constraints. Parents who support the company by placing ads in the Mainstage show's ad book will have that business listed in the Sleeping Beauty and Godspell Jr program.
For Godspell (Mainstage): There is an ad sales requirement that must be met. Please consult our ad sales tips page for help meeting this goal. We are able to keep our registration fees lower than other local companies because our members are committed to reaching out to the community for support.
